Using cover0 With Your Team
A free, one-minute daily drill for reading fronts and formations, built on real NFL snaps.
What It Teaches
Each day brings five real NFL plays, drawn as O's and X's at the snap. Players name the defensive front (4-3, 3-4, Nickel, Dime or Goal Line), then the offensive formation (Shotgun, Singleback, I-Form, Pistol, Empty, Jumbo or Wildcat). Then they see what really happened on the play.
It builds the habit you want before every snap: count the personnel, check the alignment, make the call.
Pick a Help Level
Easy labels every player with a position, Medium labels only the offense, and Hard shows bare dots. Easy suits newer players; Hard is for your film junkies. Each player picks their own level on their first visit and can change it in Settings.
A Five-Minute Team Routine
- Players play the day's five plays on their own phones before practice or film.
- They tap Share Result and post their score in the team chat.
- In a meeting, pull up a past day from the Archive on the screen and have the room call the front and formation before you reveal it.
- Use the guides to review anything they missed.
